After struggling with weight gained throughout the pandemic, I turned to Studiosfit to assist me throughout my fitness journey. I joined with a friend and started 2-on-1 sessions. Sophie's yoga sessions are eye-opening, showing the importance of being connected with your own body and being self-aware of your physical, emotional, and psychological balance. Her kind energy throughout her sessions amplifies the motivation to learn more for better physical and mental health. Sindy's fitness sessions are well-catered to the individual, providing direction for better posture to avoid injury. She also monitors the meal plans for healthier eating habits, and guiding us for a stronger and active lifestyle. Her positivity motivates us to strive for a healthier lifestyle, with improvements already apparent. I highly recommend Studiosfit if you wish you start, or even continue, on a healthier and more active lifestyle.
